I sent Bitcoin and my wallet has not been credited yet. Why?
If your Bitcoin has not been credited yet, it is most likely still undergoing blockchain confirmation. Every crypto transaction must be verified on the network before it reflects in your Dtunes wallet.
Moreover, Bitcoin transactions usually take a little while depending on network congestion and fees. Check your transaction status on a block explorer to ensure it was sent to the correct address.
How will I be notified when my withdrawal is complete?
Once your withdrawal is successful, you will receive a notification on your Dtunes app and, in most cases, an email confirmation.
Additionally, the transaction will reflect in your transaction history, and the funds should appear in your bank account. Shortly after, you’ll get notified by your bank (through alerts and similar notifications) of successful withdrawals
How do I add or update my bank account for withdrawals on Dtunes?
To add or update your bank details, log in to your Dtunes account, go to the profile settings section, then navigate to bank details.
From there, you can input a new account or edit an existing one. Ensure that your account name matches your verification details to avoid any withdrawal issues.
What should I do if my KYC Tier 2 is not completed yet?
Failure to complete your Tier 2 KYC may result in withdrawal or transaction restrictions. To fix this, go to the verification page on your account, and follow the prompts, this usually requires you to provide your BVN or NIN and undergo identity verification. Once verified, your account limits will be increased.
What is the KYC Tier 1 requirement for withdrawing funds from my Naira wallet?
For tier 1 KYC only basic information of the account holder, like name, phone number and email verification is required. But this may restrict your withdrawal of funds. You can boost your withdrawal limit and enjoy more from Dtunes by upgrading your KYC level.
How do I withdraw funds from my Naira wallet to my bank account?
To withdraw money, login to your account, select Naira wallet and click Withdraw. Select the amount you wish to withdraw, select your bank account (if you already added it) and confirm. After confirmation, the money will be transferred to your bank account at the speed of light.
What Does ‘Rejected Transaction’ Mean?
If the transaction is declined, this means the transaction was not successful. This may be because of incorrect information or verification, unsupported gift card types, or security measures. Double-check the transaction or reach out to our support for assistance if such issues persist.
How does the Airtime Top-Up feature work?
To top-up your phone using your Dtunes wallet, click on the airtime option and enter your mobile number. This is charged immediately as your line is credited.

The leaderboard is based on platform activity and transactions within the platform. The more active you are, the higher you can climb and the more rewards you can earn
How will I see the amount credited to my Naira wallet after selling my crypto?
The amount sold will be credited to your Naira wallet balance after the sale. You can also check it in your transaction history
How do I know the rate at which my crypto will be sold?
On Dtunes, rates are shown prior to the completion of your transaction. You’ll see exactly how much you’ll receive in Naira.
What is the transaction fee for selling crypto on Dtunes?
The rate shown will likely include the transaction fee, so there are no surprises. Fees on Dtunes are typically low, yet not hidden. You get to see how much is charged and what you will get, then decide whether to proceed with your transaction. What you see is what you receive.
Can I sell a fraction of my crypto balance or only the full amount?
Yes, you can sell any amount of your crypto, you don’t have to sell all at once. This allows for flexible transactions.
How can I sell crypto on Dtunes?
Navigate to the crypto section, choose the cryptocurrency you would like to sell, enter the quantity or amount and confirm the transaction. The funds will be deposited to your Naira wallet once completed.
How do I check the transaction history for my deposited crypto?
Log into your account and go to the transaction history. There, you can view your crypto deposits.
How do I confirm that my crypto deposit has been credited to my USD wallet?
Once the necessary confirmations are made, verify your wallet US dollar balance. You can also check and verify this in your transaction history.
