I forgot my PIN, how do I get a new one?

If you’re here, you’ve forgotten your PIN. Your PIN is your Personal Identification number issued to provide an extra later of security to your transaction process.

Without your PIN, you simply cannot trade on the app.

However, if you’ve forgotten your PIN, kindly provide your registered email address and your name(first and last name ) as registered on the app.

Also provide a screenshot of your app profile, details of your recent trades, and a copy of your national ID for verification.
