How Do I Set Up My Account?

Setting up your Dtunes account is quick and pretty straightforward. Follow these steps to get started:

Step 1: Download the Dtunes App

• For Android users: Visit the Google Play Store and search for “Dtunes.” Tap Install.
• For iOS users: Go to the Apple App Store and search for “Dtunes.” Tap Get to download.​

Step 2: Create an Account

• Open the App: Launch the Dtunes app on your device.
• Sign Up: Tap on “Register” and provide the following details:
  • Email Address
  • Username (ensure it’s a name you can easily remember)
  • Password (ensure it’s strong and secure)
• Verify Your Email: Check your inbox for an OTP to verify your email from Dtunes. Input the OTP in the app, and you can proceed to log in.

Step 3: Set Up Security

• Create a PIN: Upon first login, you’ll be prompted to set a 4-digit PIN. This PIN will be used for secure transactions and withdrawals.

Step 4: Add Your Bank Account

• Navigate to Settings: In the app, go to the “Settings” menu.
• Select “Bank Account”: Tap on “Bank Account” and then “Add New Account”.
• Enter Bank Details: Provide your bank name, account number, and account name.
• Save Information to link your bank account for withdrawals.​
