About Dtunes Identity Verification (KYC)

We’ve introduced a 3-tier KYC system to unlock higher transaction limits while keeping your funds safe.

• Tier 1: Email (up to ₦500K/transaction and a daily cash limit of ₦3M)
• Tier 2: BVN or NIN (up to ₦1M/transaction and a daily cash limit of ₦5M)
• Tier 3: Document upload- e.g International Passport, National ID or Drivers’ license (up to ₦2M/transaction and daily cash limit of ₦20M)

Here’s how to upgrade your KYC level: 

• Log in to your Dtunes App
• Go to “Settings”
• Select “KYC”

Then follow the instructions to upload your info for each tier.
