To withdraw

1. First login on the mobile app.
2. Go to the wallets menu.
3. Click on withdraw.
4. Input the amount you want to withdraw, bank, account number and name.
5. Enter your pin and withdraw.

To Trade

1. Go to Giftcards menu
2. Click on the bright orange button that says “Trade now“
3. Select the card you intend to trade and proceed
4. Select your card details and proceed
5. Enter the amount and upload your card
